My name is  ALMUIZ ABUBAKAR & The Afro-Nubians  i grew up in Sudan -Khartoum-Aldem in Music Family it was natural to become a musician in this 10 person family which included a wide range of extended family who also played music on instrument such as Guitar bass saxophone ,This album is important to me because i have accomplished  one of my goals in life  to write ,arrange, produce, sing ,and record,  my own Music 

As an adult I Have   lined in diverse cities such as Cairo,Rotterdam , and Toronto , I saw My eldest brother Tarig playing saxophone in the Dem Jazz Band ,and he started playing as his brother was off on tour in2000, almuiz was living in Rotterdam where he began and successfully completed his studies of the school of audio Engineering . He now works as an audio engineer And also in Toronto he Also  successfully completed his studies at Toronto Media and film collga and work as a freelance .

Growing up and listening to all different kinds of music in Khartoum , 

My influenced by music from al parts of Sudan and Africa some styles and genres that influence Almuzi include Blues ,Jazz,POP, Soukous, Toumtoum,Folk,Country ,roots,reggae,etc

Since the passing of my brother Tarig Abubakar in 1998 i start thinking about getting his band together and playing his music plus My music  i have been writing music since 1994 explains 

i never thought i was going to be asinine it but i started writing that at the time I’m here to bring the name of the Afro Nubians back and the name of my brother back
